Building mantras.gr, a Greek platform where a private seller lists a car once and verified dealers bid for it, replacing the usual round of phone calls, haggling and no-shows with a single online flow. Launch page and waitlist live; the platform is in development.

Challenges
- Selling a used car privately in Greece means repeating the same listing across classifieds, then fielding calls from dealers and time-wasters
- Sellers have no way to compare offers side by side, so they rarely know whether the price in front of them is a good one
- Trust runs both ways: the seller needs payment and title transfer to be safe, the dealer needs the car to be as described
Solutions
- One listing, multiple competing dealer offers, with the seller choosing rather than negotiating
- Tiered service: a free route where dealers coordinate directly, and a paid Easy Sell tier with guaranteed offers, pickup and handled paperwork
- Technical inspection reports and verified dealers on the supply side, so offers mean something
Results
- Launch page and waitlist live, collecting early sellers in Athens ahead of the platform
- Rollout planned Athens first, then Thessaloniki
